More information on this will be released May 2017.

Please bear in mind that the Amsterdam ArenA is a stadium and that the venue is not completely indoors and is neither equipped with central heating. Make sure you dress appropriately. Please always wear layers, so you can take something off when it’s getting warmer or put something on when it’s getting colder.

You can easily and quickly pay with your debit or credit card at the Amsterdam ArenA bars, no cash. So no walking around with a bunch of tokens in your pocket!

Free water is available at the restrooms in the ArenA.

It’s not possible to book a locker upfront, so we recommend you to show up early to make sure there’s still a locker available.

There are a limited number of lockers available at the venue. More info on this will be released later on

A party without music is like a carbonated drink without fizz. But going deaf, or having ringing in your ears that simply won’t go away, is a very sad memento of a good party. So go easy on your ears and be sure to wear ear plugs if the sound level exceeds 80 dB(A).

Earplugs can be bought from the stand ‘I love my ears’ at the ArenA deck. In addition, earplugs can be bought at the manned tills with your ArenAcard and there are also mobile teams present.
