Where can I buy tickets?

Our official ticket partners are Paylogic & Festicket. IPlease make sure to always purchase your tickets via official ticket shops. Our official partners and DJs have ticket links on their websites as well. Our other official ticketing partner is Festicket. All popular events are confronted with fraudulent organizations and people that try to resell tickets above market price, purely for their own benefit. Only official AMF entrance tickets will be accepted and guarantee access to the festival.

How can I sell my ticket?
In case you are unable to attend AMF 2022 anymore and would like to resell your ticket(s), please visit the site of partner Ticketswap.
What is the maximum number of tickets I can buy?

Eight tickets is the maximum per customer in one transaction.

What payment methods can be used to purchase tickets?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Can I upgrade my ticket to VIP?

No, unfortunately ticket upgrades are not available. Please consider this when making your booking.

What is included in my festival ticket?

General admission tickets include access to the main festival area. Party Pit tickets include access to the Party Pit area and main event area. VIP tickets include access to the main area and a dedicated VIP area with a private bar and fast-track entry into the festival site. Note: Drinks and private tables are not included in the ticket price.

Where is my ticket(s)?

When you buy your tickets online, Paylogic (our official ticketing partner), will send you a purchase confirmation email after your order is processed. Via this email you are able to download your e-tickets. You will be able to download your tickets on October 19. 

Can I access AMF with an ADE pass?

A limited number of ADE pass holders will get free entrance depending on the capacity of the venue. Early arrival is recommended. Please note that as an ADE delegate you need to pick up an additional AMF entrance ticket to access the building, you do not have to pay for this AMF ticket (limited capacity). You can collect this ticket at the ticket point near entrance E of the Johan Cruijff ArenA.

ADE press pass holders are not granted entry to AMF based on the ADE press accreditation. AMF press accreditation is done separately via the Press section of the AMF website.

Do I need to personalise my tickets?

Yes, personalizing your tickets is mandatory. You will receive an email from Paylogic which contains a link that gives access to the personalization page. If you haven’t personalized your tickets, you don’t have access to the event.


What time does the event start & end?

The event starts at 9pm and ends at 6 am the following day. The gates open at 8pm.

Can I enter anytime or re-enter?

As long as you are holding a ticket that has not yet been scanned on the evening, you may enter any time during the event. Ins & outs are not allowed.

Will set times get posted in advance?

Yes. During the days leading up to the festival, set times will be posted via this site, our social media sites, and via email updates (sign up for emails at the bottom of this page). Note: The lineup is subject to change.

Can I see a festival map ahead of time?

Yes. Maps showing stage locations, food, bathrooms, etc. will be available prior to the event on this site and on our social media sites.

What is the camera policy?

Professional photographers must obtain a photo pass by emailing press@aldalive.com. Do not email your request. Photo passes are not required for standard cameras that do not have detachable lenses or handheld video devices under 6″. Professional video cameras are not permitted.

Will there be a lost & found?

Yes. Lost & Found services will be available at the venue during and after the event.

Does the venue have ATM's?

Yes, ATMs will be available both inside and outside the venue grounds. Locations will be clearly marked on the festival map.

Can I rent a locker?

You can rent a locker on the festival site. Store your stuff securely, and keep your mobile phone powered up all weekend long. 

Is there disabled access?

AMF is accessible to disabled people. We don’t have wheelchair tickets, so please buy the ticket type that matches you the best. Please keep in mind that the access to the Party Pit is by stairs and not accessible for wheelchairs. Feel free to contact us for more information.

What kind of ID do I need?

You must present identification to enter the festival and/or buy alcohol. See the complete list of acceptable and unacceptable forms of ID.

What age do I have to be to attend AMF?

AMF is a festival for people of 18 years and older. Everyone attending AMF will be asked to show a valid ID (ID-card, passport or driver’s license) at the entrance. We do not accept photocopies or birth certificates.

What is the bag policy?

Visitors are allowed to bring a handbag as long as it’s not bigger than the size of an A4 paper (approximately 30x20cm). Any bag bigger than that, for instance backpacks or duffel/weekend bags are not allowed.

What is the drug policy?

We conduct an absolute zero tolerance policy, and no soft or hard drugs are allowed in the venue. If this rule is not followed, entry to the festival will be denied.


What airport should I fly to?

Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. There are plenty of continental and international flights to the airport.

How to I get from Schiphol Airport to Johan Cruijff ArenA?

Taxis from the airport cost around €55 and there are also bus and coach options.

How do I get to AMF?

Start planning your journey to the johan cruijff arena by using their Mobility Portal. It's your one-stop shop for parking vouchers and train tickets.


You can park in several locations within walking distance. Check the ArenA Mobility Portal for all the info you need. You can buy your parking ticket in advance here or through the ArenA Mobility Portal.

Parking for touring cars

Touring cars / buses can park at p-bus. You can buy your parking e-ticket in advance here.

Public transport

We encourage everyone to choose an environmentally friendly means of transportation. To find your best travel schedule, use the NS Travel Planner or the ArenA Mobility Portal.

NS – Dutch Railway

Due to railway works there will be an adjusted train table. Departing from Bijlmer-Arena, extra trains will run to Alkmaar, Utrecht Central station, Amsterdam Central station and Rotterdam Central station. Departing from Duivendrecht, extra trains will run to Lelystad and Utrecht. We advise you strongly to plan your trip via the NS Travel Planner or the ArenA Mobility Portal.

6.23 to Utrecht Central station

6.24 to Alkmaar. Also stops at Amsterdam zuid, Schiphol, Leiden, Uitgeest, Castricum, Heiloo.

6.25 to Amsterdam Central station

6.29 to Rotterdam Central station. Also stops at Amsterdam zuid, Schiphol, Leiden, Laan van NOI, Den Haag HS.

6.53 to Utrecht Central station

6.55 to Amsterdam Central station

6.59 to Rotterdam Central station. Also stops at Amsterdam Zuid, Schiphol, Leiden, Laan van NOI, Den Haag HS.

6.18 to Lelystad. Stops at all stations.

6.32 to Utrecht. Runs via Diemen zuid, Weesp, Bussem and Hilversum and stops at all stations.

GVD – subway (metro)

Extra GVB subways will run towards Amsterdam Central station and station Isolatorweg from 06:00 am, leaving from Bijlmer-Arena.

GVB night-buses

GVB buses will run every 30 minutes from 1.00 till 06.00 between Bijlmer-Arena and Central station. Tickets cost €4,50 each.


Taxis can be found on the North side of the Johan Cruijff ArenA. We advise you not to reserve a taxi but to just wait in the line after the event at the taxi stand.


There is a separate pickup spot for Uber. Please check the exact location in your Uber app.


As Amsterdam  is such a sought after tourist destination, there is a huge selection of quality hotels, villas and apartments to choose from.

How should I resolve an issue with my hotel?

Please speak with your hotel provider directly.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in and check-out times for hotels and apartments vary. Please consult your accommodation directly.

How can I safely store belongings?

Most hotels come with safety deposit boxes in the rooms, but some require a nominal fee for their use. Check with your accommodation when booking for information.


How do I apply for Press Accreditation?

For press accreditation for AMF please send an e-mail to press@alda.nl with details of your media.

What is the camera policy for press?

Bringing professional or semi-professional photographic equipment to this event is not allowed unless agreed upon otherwise by means of an assigned press accreditation. Selfie sticks longer than 1 meter are also not allowed. Normal digital or other cameras (like GoPro cameras) are allowed.
